Information we collect

• Account information, including your email address, display name, and secured password record.
• Practice information, including dice sets, throws, face values, rotations, sessions, training progress, and analytics.
• Subscription information, including your plan and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
• Technical information, such as browser details, IP address, app activity, error logs, and security events.
• Messages you send through the support form.

How we use information

We use information to run and secure DiceIQ, calculate your personal throwing patterns, provide coaching and analytics, manage subscriptions, send account emails, answer support requests, diagnose problems, and improve the service.

AI voice coach

If you choose to start the AI voice coach, your microphone audio, conversation transcript, and relevant coaching context are processed by ElevenLabs and its service providers so the coach can respond. DiceIQ has disabled saved voice recordings and conversation history for this agent. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information with the coach.

Companies that help us operate

• Stripe processes payments and manages subscriptions. DiceIQ does not store your full card number.
• Google Cloud hosts the application, database, files, and operational logs.
• ElevenLabs provides the AI voice coach.
• Resend delivers verification, password-reset, and support emails.

We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect users, DiceIQ, or others.

Storage and security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information. No online service can promise perfect security. We retain information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, billing, and operational purposes. Service providers may follow their own retention rules.

Your choices

You can update your display name or password and delete your account from Account Settings. Account deletion removes your DiceIQ account data and cancels the connected Stripe subscription. Some limited records may remain where required for legal, fraud-prevention, backup, or accounting purposes.

Children

DiceIQ is intended only for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
