Who may use DiceIQ

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and tell us promptly if your account is misused.

Training tool, not a promise of results

DiceIQ is an educational and performance-analysis tool. Throws and casino outcomes involve chance. We do not guarantee improved results, winnings, income, or any particular outcome. DiceIQ does not accept wagers or operate a gambling service. You are responsible for following local laws and making your own financial and gaming decisions.

Subscriptions and free trials

Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually. New subscriptions include the trial shown during checkout, currently seven days. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will charge the selected price and the subscription will automatically renew for the selected billing period. Annual plans are priced at ten months of the listed monthly rate, described as two months free.

You can cancel online through the DiceIQ Billing page and Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period unless stated otherwise. Charges already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when we approve a billing correction.

Acceptable use

Do not break laws, misuse another person's account, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, extract source code except where law permits, overload the service, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse DiceIQ. We may suspend or end access when needed to protect the service or others.

Your information and our software

You keep ownership of information you submit. You give DiceIQ permission to host, process, analyze, and display it as needed to operate and improve the service. DiceIQ's software, design, branding, training materials, and generated features remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Service changes

DiceIQ is still being developed. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DiceIQ is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. DiceIQ and its operator will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, including gambling losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid DiceIQ during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some places do not allow certain exclusions, so those limits may not apply to you.

Ending your account and changes to these terms

You may delete your account in Account Settings. We may update these terms and will post the new date. If a material change requires notice, we will provide it as appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
